This option is for those PRO Users who are comfortable with PRINTgenie and its functions and capabilities and prefer to handle the day to day management process for their users. PRINTgenie is a DIY system - Great for those that want to create and manage their own marketing strategies.

PRO User Handles:

  • Introduction to PRINTgenie user interface

  • Ongoing presentation of PRINTgenie user interface for prospective and new users

  • User template management

  • User campaign management

  • User list management

  • PRINTgenie training

  • Liaison with PRINTgenie on all user support matters


PRINTgenie handles:

User support for account or process-related issues

 

Affiliate earnings:

As a PRO User, you earn 50% - $5 for each sign up under you on a monthly basis.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
 

We know you are busy growing a business. Our PRINTgenie Account Manager program takes all the efforts off your hands. We'll take care of it for you.


This option is for those PRO Users who are looking to set up PRINTgenie and have it run without their having to handhold it. With this option, a deep knowledge of PRINTgenie is not needed.  The PRO User would work with their dedicated Account Manager to set up their site, templates and campaigns as per the ASSET CREATION options, then they would turn future management over to the Account Manager, merely referring agents to the next presentation for information and/or training.

PRO User Handles:

  • Decisions for initial setup


Account Manager handles:

  • User template management

  • User campaign management

  • User list management

  • Ongoing user introduction, presentation and initiation of PRINTgenie as follows:

    • Monthly zoom meetings for prospective and new users (up to one (1) per week)

  • Ongoing training on all functions of PRINTgenie as follows:

    • Monthly office meeting presentations (Zoom or in-person, maximum two per month per office)

    • Monthly in-office training sessions (zoom or in-person, maximum two per month per office)

  • Unlimited Customer Service

    • Zoom

    • Phone

    • In-person as scheduling permits

  • Liaison with PRINTgenie on all user support matters

User support for account or process-related issues.
