Why don't I see any templates when I first log in?


Registering as agent has two options, Double agent and Single agent - you will need to select single agent as there are no templates for Double agent right now. As a PRO, you can make your own templates to include double agents.




Can I use the same Phone # if I signed up with a new Account?


All phone and Emails are unique. There can not be duplicates. If you cancelled, you cannot sign up again and use the same phone #. You need to use a new number for now, then send an Email to help@printgenie.io and ask to change the number.




Can I use the same Email if I signed up with a new Account?

Can we downgrade from a Pro-User to a Basic User?


We do not have a way to down-grade. Only up-grade.
You'll have to cancel, and re-subscribe.





Affiliate

How does the affiliate program work for PRO User?


If you sign up for a PRO account, you automatically become an affiliate. Earn 50% for life of every sale and recurring payment. Each and every month! You would still be required to pay your full monthly fee.




Where do you find the affiliate info?


Look for Account Settings in the left navigation, or under your name at the top right.
Look for the tab called "Affiliate"
