Granting Agent Access to Title ToolBox: (Only via a Title Rep) ✅ Share Title ToolBox

1. Log into your Title ToolBox account.

2. Invite your agent by entering their email address.

3. This grants the agent access to your Title ToolBox account and enables data integration with PRINTgenie.

Granting Agent Access to PRINTgenie: (Only via a Title Rep) ✅ The only way to sync a Title Office, Title Rep, Agent, Title ToolBox and PRINTgenie is by following these steps: Once the agent logs into Title ToolBox:

1. Choose either:

   • “Dynamic-Data” (recommended for ongoing automation), (Saved Search)

or

• “Export List” (for one-time list transfer), (Saved Farm) Choose PRINTgenie​

✅ Either option will automatically create a new PRINTgenie account for the agent using their email. ✅ The agent will not have to create a new account.

✅ If the Agent already has a PRINTgenie account, we'll direct them to the appropriate account.

There are two easy ways for agents to access their PRINTgenie account after they have connected via Title ToolBox

Option 1: Direct Access via PRINTgenie

• Visit 👉 www.PRINTgenie.io

• Click “Login” and use the same email that was used for Title ToolBox access. The agent will need to choose "forgot password" if they didn't already change it in PRINTgenie

Option 2: Access via Title ToolBox

1. In Title ToolBox, go to Saved Search.

2. Click the Cog icon ⚙️ next to any saved list.

3. Select “Dynamic Data.”

4. Click the “Login” button shown — this redirects you to your PRINTgenie account.

Title Rep Instructions:

1. Log into your Title ToolBox account.

2. Create a small Farm list.

3. Export list.

4. Your new PRINTgenie account will now be available for you to use. (FREE)

*Note - You will be "Gifted a FREE" ($97/mo) PRINTgenie account.

**Be sure to ask your manager for Title Rep "Outreach" material that you can use to reach out to agents. - Such as "Just met you campaigns"

✅ Preparing to Onboard a Real Estate Agent into PRINTgenie

• Build the Relationship First Start by engaging the agent in a genuine conversation. Invite them to learn more about PRINTgenie and how it can help them.
  

• Guide Them Through the Options Let the agent know they’ll be able to choose from several "self-serve" functions on the platform.
  

• Help It Go Smoothly To make onboarding seamless, ask the agent to come prepared to the meeting.
  

• What They’ll Need in Advance Before the meeting, request that the agent has the following ready:
  

  • ✅ A high-quality photo of themselves

  • ✅ Their business logo

  • ✅ Basic contact information (email, phone, name, etc.)

• Why This Is Important These items are required to complete their PRINTgenie profile and activate or send any marketing.

• If you export data into PRINTgenie from a "Saved Farm" and you want to skip trace first before you run a campaign...
  

  1. After data import, click the X on the purple box (top right) showing the list in the order process. This will dissociate that list from the current ordering process.

  2. Have no fear. Your list is already saved in your contacts.

  3. Go to Contacts (left menu) → find your list.

  4. Optional: Skip trace the whole list or individual records to add missing phone/email.

  5. Order a campaign and assign your updated list.

• What happens: When you run Dynamic Data from a "Saved Search" in Title Toolbox to PRINTgenie, you will be prompted to select a campaign. All PRINTgenie campaigns include text and email steps by default.
  

• Important: Dynamic Data does not include phone numbers or email addresses, so no texts or emails will be sent—only the direct mail portion will run.
  

• Action: You can ignore the text/email steps in the campaign if using Dynamic Data—they will simply not deploy.

• What happens: When exporting a "Saved Farm" to PRINTgenie with Smart Sync and you choose to include phone numbers and emails in Title Toolbox, those will transfer to PRINTgenie. If your chosen campaign includes text and email steps, they will be part of the campaign.
  

• Registration required for texting:

• You must register to send texts—this takes 2–3 days.

• Registration prompts appear during checkout.

• Optional: While reviewing a campaign, you can remove text or email steps before launching.
