That’s why we’re excited to roll out Template Swap in Campaigns — a brand-new feature that lets you replace templates within any campaign sequence or touch dynamically. No Design Studio required. No master edits needed. Just a smoother, more efficient way to keep your campaigns fresh.

How It Works

Here’s a quick look at how Template Swap keeps your campaigns flexible yet secure:

• Marketing Type Validation – You can only swap templates for the marketing types enabled in your campaign. Controlled by the Include Print, Include SMS Text, and Include Email checkboxes at the top right.

• Frozen Dropdowns – If a type is unchecked, its corresponding dropdowns are disabled (or “frozen”).

• Ephemeral Changes – Swaps are order-specific only. Your original campaign setup stays untouched.

• Pipeline Continuity – If you add new contacts after a swap, they’ll automatically receive the updated template.

Example Use Cases

Here’s how you can put Template Swap to work right away:

• Replace a Direct Mail piece in Touch 1 with a new design — without editing the campaign master.

• Uncheck Include Print to freeze all direct mail dropdowns, preventing changes where they aren’t needed.

• Add new contacts after a swap and watch them automatically get the updated version, no extra steps required.
