We’re excited to share that we’ve completely revamped the refund process at PRINTgenie, making it faster, more accurate, and entirely automated.
This upgrade is part of our continued effort to improve reliability and transparency across the platform, especially following our decision to bypass DPV (Delivery Point Validation) during list uploads.
